Terms of service
By using ARIA you agree to use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial research purposes. You must be at least 18 years old.
We provide ARIA "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of the service, including investment decisions made based on ARIA outputs.
We may update or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. scraping, reverse-engineering, or excessive automated traffic).
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy policy
We collect the minimum data needed to run ARIA: your email, authentication tokens, conversation history, saved plans and anonymous usage analytics. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Your conversations are private. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your chats to train external AI models.
We use industry-standard providers (Lovable Cloud, Stripe, Financial Modeling Prep) under their respective data-processing terms. Data is stored encrypted at rest.
You can export or delete your account and data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent.
